Hackney Wolves Basketball Club will utilize their platform to amplify BHM 2023 this month by making small yet impactful changes.

 

To begin with, they have collaborated with a local artist to create a temporary logo that reflects their intention to support Black History Month (BHM) in the UK.

 

The redesigned logo contains three clues synonymous with Black and African culture. The colours and special shapes of the logo will lead you towards the answers. This is a great opportunity for the Wolves community to learn about the culture related to BHM. You can choose to find the answers independently or collaborate with a friend. Do your research and enjoy the journey! 

 

If you can identify the three clues and their meanings, you will have a chance to win a prize. At the end of the month, the winners from each age group will be announced by  Shermain and Anthony, both Wolves Parents who have developed this meaningful project.
