Additional Session

At our Basketball Club, we run team training sessions for Under 16 boys every Monday and Wednesday. They also have the Strenght & conditioning session on Tuesdays and additional sessison on Friday evenings. During these sessions, boys will learn the basics of basketball and practice drills to improve their skills and fitness.
Our teams compete at National League level. On the weekends, our boys can enjoy games with other teams and show off their hard work from the week.
Our team training is designed to help boys become better players and develop skills on and off the court. With our experienced coaches, boys will be able to reach their full potential and become the best they can be.
