RETURNS

All returns must be returned within 7 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email us  at hackneywolvesbasketball@gmail.com to arrange a day to return the item in person to one of our coaches.

All our Hackney Wolves items are collection only.

To collect your item, please attend to our Saturday Community session from 10 am to 2.30 pm at the Urswick School. 

If unable to collect, please email us at hackneywolvesbasketball@gmail.com to arrange a delviery or a different collection date.
